Business Analyst With Jira And Integration SkillsLocation: Onsite completely Juno Beach / Palm Beach Gardens FL Salary - 110K Subcon rate - *** -*** ***/hrKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements using interviews, workshops, and use case analysis.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.Work closely with developers, QA, and product managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation.Create process models, data flow diagrams, and workflow charts as needed.Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and regularly.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in energy, utilities, or tech-driven industries.Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement elicitation, and documentation techniques.Proficient with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the energy/utility's domain or with renewable energy projects.Knowledge of SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) a plus.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in the energy sector.Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, etc.) are a plus.The pay range for this role is ***-*** per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. *** also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
