Technical Business Analyst (onsite)

Technical Business AnalystThis is a temporary project in Juno Beach, FL. The estimated duration is 12+ months with possible extensions. The work setting is 100% at the client's site with no telecommuting or remote work. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.Required:Availability to work 100% of the time at the client's site in Juno Beach, FL.Experience in Business Analysis (5+ years).Experience with Technology delivery, platform modernization, or business transformation initiatives.Experience with Agile delivery methods and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Experience with Requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation.Experience with Managing schedules, risks, dependencies, decisions, testing, and project reporting.Preferred:Experience with Energy, utilities, trading, Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM), market analysis, or ISO/RTO environments.Experience with Cloud-based applications, Amazon Web Services (AWS), data integration, analytics, and reporting platforms.Experience with Coordinating cross-functional business, technology, and vendor teams.Experience with Power BI, SQL, Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable delivery and reporting tools.Responsibilities:Lead project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.Facilitate requirement workshops and document business, functional, data, and integration requirements.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions.Create process flows, user stories, use cases, and clear acceptance criteria.Coordinate Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and release activities.Partner with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood, prioritized, and delivered.Support workflow automation, case management, data integration, dashboards, and reporting requirements.Why apply?Gain experience with one of the world's largest solar and wind energy providers, which last year briefly became the most valued U.S. energy company.Work with a great team of professionals and learn newest technologies and approaches.Enjoy the client's wonderful campus with top-notch facilities for work and recreation.Benefit from multiple project extensions.Receive support and advice from Vitaver consultants who are already working at the client's site.Get extra cash by participating in Vitaver Successful Completion Bonus Program.Always get paid in full and on time.
