Position Overview:

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Retail Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, unloading & processing freight and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
