What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose issues with automated and PLC-controlled equipment
• Work with conveyors, motors, production machinery, and facility equipment
• Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
• Complete maintenance documentation and repair records
• Prioritize daily maintenance tasks and respond to equipment breakdowns

Ideal Experience

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment
• Ability to work with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and automated systems
• Familiarity with PLCs and industrial controls
• Comfortable reading schematics and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Vadnais Heights, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
