Manufacturing Technician

Manufacturing Technician Location: Arden Hills, MN Pay: $36.50/hour Are you experienced in manufacturing, automation, robotics, or production equipment support? We are hiring a Manufacturing Technician to support advanced manufacturing operations in a high-quality, regulated production environment. The position focuses on equipment, process improvement, troubleshooting, validation, and technician-level manufacturing support. Key Responsibilities Support manufacturing operations, production processes, and equipment performance. Partner with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, testing, and process improvements. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency. Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment calibration. Assist with equipment installation, validation, and qualification activities. Monitor production data and make process adjustments to improve yield and reduce downtime. Conduct quality testing and rework of components, subassemblies, and finished products as needed. Develop or revise manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and documentation. Train and certify production employees on manufacturing processes and equipment. Evaluate and recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment to support production goals. Follow all safety, quality, ISO, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Associate degree plus 3+ years of related manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience supporting robotics, automation equipment, manufacturing equipment, or production systems. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Experience with process improvement, equipment validation, and manufacturing support preferred. Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
