With sweeping city views, a serene open-air terrace, private dining space, and a sleek, modern dining room, Electric Lemon offers an elevated experience that effortlessly transitions from day to night.
We are seeking a lead-by-example Executive Sous Chef to partner with our culinary leadership team in delivering exceptional cuisine and memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about seasonal ingredients, committed to operational excellence, and dedicated to developing and inspiring a high-performing kitchen team. This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $90,000 - $95,000
- Quarterly bonus program up to 15%

The ideal candidate is:
- Passionate about consistency, hospitality, and culinary excellence
- A confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- An effective communicator with exceptional organizational and team development skills
- Skilled at motivating, coaching, and managing a diverse hourly culinary team
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a well-regarded, high-volume restaurant
- A genuine appreciation for seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine
- Proven success leading expo and managing kitchen operations during high-volume service
- Experience recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing diverse culinary teams
