Job Description:
- 15+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, sales, business development, or commercial services.
- Proven track record as a hunter with demonstrated success in generating net-new business.
- Strong existing network across U.S. pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
- Experience selling consulting, commercial services, technology-enabled solutions, data & analytics, digital, or related Life Sciences services.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech commercial ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence VP, SVP, C-suite, and other senior stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling and executive relationship-management skills.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience developing and managing a significant sales pipeline.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a highly entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel across the U.S. as required.
