JOB DESCRIPTION: PMO (PROJECT MANAGEMENT) CO-OP This co-op position is for students majoring in Business Engineering, Finance, or Operations. It offers an opportunity to learn about the business of a leading commercial vehicle supplier from various perspectives within the company. The co-op involves working within the Project Management Office in different roles to gain a comprehensive understanding of project, portfolio, and product change management. Job Responsibilities Collaborate across functions to improve project and product change delivery performance Assist with planning and reporting activities for projects and product changes Manage project and change management systems to handle increasing complexity Learn various business functions to understand operational activities Support the creation and updates of business cases, understanding project business case elements Learn and apply agile project management techniques within the business framework Help develop training content for systems and processes Support the development and implementation of audit procedures for project and change management activities Participate in other special projects as assigned ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university Minimum 3.0 GPA Detail-oriented and task-focused Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
