Position Summary As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for our residents. You’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership, supervision, and direct care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality care is delivered with compassion and professionalism. What We’re Looking For Current RN License: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon. Availability to work 1-2 shifts per week, 2 weekend shifts per month (Required) Resident Care Expertise: Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized care for our residents. Leadership Skills: Supervision of nursing staff and a commitment to high-quality care delivery. A Passion for Helping Others: A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of state and federal rules and regulations governing nursing practices.
