Program Manager, Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Operations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will support operational planning and coordination within a product organization, helping keep programs, documentation, and reporting aligned across teams. The Program Manager will partner closely with technical program management and administrative stakeholders to improve operating rhythms, visibility, and execution. This position will also contribute to planning processes, offsite coordination, and change management efforts that strengthen team effectiveness. A strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, structure, and clear communication will be essential in this on-site role.
