Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong dedication to career consistency and brings a track record of working with students at the junior high or high school level. A student-centered teaching philosophy is essential, along with the flexibility to utilize strengths in Science, English, or Math where possible. Professional Educator License (PEL) is required.
