Join our growing team! Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support their day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do

✅ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

✅ Enter and maintain financial data with accuracy

✅ Reconcile bank and credit card statements

✅ Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment tracking

✅ Support month-end closing activities

✅ Maintain organized accounting records and files

✅ Respond to vendor and customer inquiries

✅ Assist with additional administrative and accounting projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

✔ 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
