About the Role:
We invite compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Waynesburg Nursing and Rehab, a 111-bed skilled nursing facility in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, United States. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to our patients and residents, and we are looking for caring individuals who share our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Assist with transferring, lifting, and repositioning patients
Observe and report any changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
