Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced talent acquisition team in Connecticut. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings strong organization, clear communication, and a careful approach to managing offer and coordination activities. The person in this role will help keep recruiting operations running smoothly while partnering with internal stakeholders across the hiring process.Responsibilities:• Prepare, review, and distribute employment offer documents with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.• Assist with offer-related compensation administration, including incentive and equity elements when applicable.• Interact with leaders and other key stakeholders in a thoughtful manner, providing clear updates and responsive support.• Coordinate and improve recruiting workflows to increase efficiency and maintain a consistent candidate experience.• Provide support for offer rollout activities and help move approvals and communications forward as needed.• Maintain job and candidate activity within Greenhouse and support related recruiting systems and processes.• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics across candidates, hiring teams, and recruiters.• Contribute to onboarding and other recruiting support tasks tied to the full hiring lifecycle.
