2025-2026 Instructional Aide II SPED - ECSE JobID: 8545 Date Posted: 3/11/2026 Location: Jackie Carden Elementary School Date Available: March 2026 Overview This position will be working with students who may have moderate to severe delays. Help special education teacher provide for physical and instructional needs of students with disabilities in special education setting. Assist in implementation of classroom programs, including self-help, behavior management, and instruction programs. Work under general supervision of principal and immediate direction of certified teacher. Qualification Education/Certification: Associates degree or at least 48 hours of college coursework completed (an unofficial college transcript will be required prior to hiring) Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to work with children with disabilities Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to communicate effectively Knowledge of general office equipment Experience: Some experience working with children Minimum salary $24,041 /187 days (Based on the 2025/2026 Compensation Plan).
