Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
Analyze client situations to recommend the most suitable insurance policies.
Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and benefits.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Process applications and manage policy renewals accurately.
Collaborate with the team to share insights and improve client service strategies.

Requirements

A valid Florida or 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License is preferred but not required.
If you do not carry a P&C License we do have positions to lead into a sales role while you get licensed.
Demonstrated success in a sales environment, preferably within insurance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine desire to help people and understand their unique needs.
Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
Comfort with learning and using new software and technology.
