Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct teletherapy sessions with clients, utilizing a CBT-based approach to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize our streamlined documentation system to maintain accurate and compliant client records with minimum disruption to your therapeutic process.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and continuing education events to enhance your skills and network with other mental health professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client demographic, including adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring tailored care that meets their unique contexts and needs. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Smart Talk Counseling Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000–110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
