Are you passionate about empowering youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities?
The Arc Fond du Lac is seeking a dedicated Youth Program Manager to lead and oversee our youth services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports that help participants build independence, develop life skills, and thrive in their communities.
In this leadership role, you will:
- Provide oversight and direction for youth programming and staff
- Ensure compliance with agency, state, and regulatory requirements
- Support staff development, training, and performance management
- Foster positive relationships with participants, families, schools, and community partners
- Monitor program quality, participant outcomes, health and safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with budgeting, resource management, and program growth
