Qualifications

• Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in physical therapy
• Active Texas state license (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Certification in dry needling preferred, or strong interest in pursuing
• Experience working with active individuals, athletes, or a performance-focused population required
• Demonstrated interest in leadership, mentorship, or clinic growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-first mindset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, caseload, and priorities effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-driven environment
• Comfortable working in (or eager to learn) a cash-based, performance-focused care model
• Brings energy, professionalism, and a positive presence to the clinic culture—motivated to inspire clients and elevate the team
