IBM Content Manager / FileNet Developer
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IBM Content Manager / FileNet Developer with strong expertise in content management solutions and a solid background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with document production applications and a deep understanding of the insurance industry's documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level solutions using IBM Content Manager and FileNet.
- Work closely with business analysts and insurance domain experts to gather requirements and implement document workflows.
- Develop and enhance Document Production applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing FileNet-based solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry best practices in document management and security.
- Participate in code reviews, system testing, and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with IBM Content Manager and FileNet P8 platform.
- In-depth knowledge of Document Production applications.
- Proven experience in the Insurance domain, particularly with document workflows and processing.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience integrating FileNet with other enterprise applications.
- Exposure to document scanning, imaging, and archival processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
