Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct initial assessments and intake evaluations to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans. \n Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring effective engagement and support for clients. \n Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with best practices and legal requirements. \n Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. \n Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of best practices and treatment modalities. \n Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and support for clients experiencing various mental health and substance use issues. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our counselors work primarily with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The population served spans a wide demographic, including adults and adolescents, each presenting unique backgrounds and needs. Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. \n A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. \n Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. \n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client situations and define actionable steps. \n Preferred Experience\n While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care are highly desirable.
