Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing a variety of culturally responsive tools to identify the unique needs of each patient.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies.
• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth, employing appropriate techniques to foster a trusting and productive therapeutic relationship.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, encouraging peer interaction and fostering a community feeling among participants.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and resources to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Manage crisis situations effectively by providing timely interventions that prioritize client safety and well-being.
• Educate clients about their conditions, treatment options, and local resources to empower them in their mental health journeys.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in documentation.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaborative care efforts.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment modalities and research to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds facing a wide array of challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages dealing with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and various life transitions. This role aims to bridge gaps in access to care, providing vital mental health services to those who need them most.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and experience with evidence-based treatments.
• Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs and create individualized, effective treatment strategies.
• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy in a virtual environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for maintaining digital records accurately and securely.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a coordinated team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Background in community mental health and crisis intervention methods.
• Ability to work flexibly, adapting schedules as needed to meet patient demands.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
