Customer Service Sales Representative

Your Responsibilities Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information to customers. Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery teams to support the order fulfillment process. Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world‑class service. Perform order processing, review dealer requests, and generate system acknowledgements using ERP, Outlook, and Excel. Assist in warehouse duties on an as‑needed basis. Perform any other duties, tasks or responsibilities as assigned. Your Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes. 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role. Proficient in basic math calculations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality. Positive, professional attitude and ability to work as a resourceful team player. Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders and requests. ERP, Outlook, and Excel skills required. Travel Requirements Local Physical Requirements Prolonged standing and repetitive motions (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling). Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
