Light Contstruction / Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description Ogden & Company, Inc. is looking for a Light Construction Technician to support our growing workload. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in the following areas: Window and door installation and repair Tile work Cabinet installation Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, etc.) Drywall repair and finishing Interior painting This role will focus on residential and light-commercial maintenance and construction projects, so versatility and the ability to work independently are important. Key expectations: Strong problem-solving skills in the field Ability to manage a job from start to finish with minimal oversight Professional communication with clients when on-site a Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Experience with Quality workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail, as well as alignment with our team-focused approach.
