Nous sommes la recherche d'un(e) Reprsentant(e) bilingue en recouvrement qui jouera un rle cl en collaborant avec les clients afin de rsoudre les litiges lis aux factures, d'amliorer les rsultats des paiements et d'offrir une exprience client exceptionnelle.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste de recouvrement dans un centre d'appels volume lev. Vous serez plutt responsable d'analyser les problmes lis aux comptes, de rpondre aux demandes des clients, de collaborer avec les quipes internes et de trouver des solutions permettant aux clients de payer leurs factures correctement et dans les dlais.
Responsabilits
Les principales responsabilits de ce poste comprennent notamment :
- Utiliser vos comptences en rsolution de problmes et en pense critique afin de dterminer la cause fondamentale des factures en souffrance.
- Tirer parti des fonctionnalits des systmes et des processus tablis pour rsoudre les factures impayes.
- Travailler conformment aux procdures tablies et respecter les normes de qualit.
- Transmettre les dossiers complexes aux membres seniors de l'quipe ou la direction lorsque ncessaire.
- Proposer des ides visant amliorer les processus.
- Dvelopper des relations professionnelles avec les clients internes et externes, maintenir une communication ouverte et tablir un climat de confiance en offrant un service rapide, professionnel et de qualit.
- Continuer dvelopper vos comptences et approfondir vos connaissances des processus de recouvrement.
- Effectuer toute autre tche ou responsabilit assigne selon les besoins de l'quipe ou les exigences propres au pays.
Qualifications
Exigences
- Diplme d'tudes secondaires (DES) ou l'quivalent.
- Minimum de deux (2) annes d'exprience en recouvrement, en application des paiements, en crdit, en comptes fournisseurs ou dans un domaine connexe de la finance.
- Bilinguisme en franais et anglais requis.
- Excellente matrise du franais, l'oral comme l'crit.

Compensation Range
$18.49 - $28.87
