This role involves working collaboratively within a team-based care model, ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, monitoring patient progress, and communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals. Requirements Must-have: BLS and ACLS certification to be completed prior to the end of orientation All RNs must possess a valid nursing license Preferred: Experience in ICU or Stepdown units At least one year of medical/surgical nursing experience Typical Procedures IV starts, central venous lines, and arterial lines Insertion of Foley catheters EKG monitoring Wound care management Best Personality Fit Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment and be able to manage care for patients across various levels of acuity, from medical/surgical to ICU. Work Schedule This position requires participation in a weekend rotation, with three Mondays and Fridays scheduled every six weeks. Holidays are assigned according to the staffing matrix.
