Role Description The Director of Sales Training is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and refining sales training programs that support revenue growth and performance improvement. On a day-to-day basis, this role develops training curricula, prepares materials, and delivers virtual workshops, coaching sessions, and onboarding programs for sales team members. The Director assesses training needs through performance data, feedback, and collaboration with sales leadership, and then updates training content to address gaps and reinforce best practices. This role also creates tools, guidelines, and resources to enhance sales effectiveness, and ensures that training aligns with company goals, processes, and customer experience standards. Regular responsibilities include monitoring training outcomes, recommending improvements, and partnering with stakeholders to support a consistent, high-performing sales culture.\n
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Sales Trainings and Training & Development, including designing and delivering structured learning programs.

• Experience in Training and coaching sales professionals to improve skills, confidence, and performance.

• Proven background in Sales and Sales Effectiveness, with the ability to translate best practices into practical training tools.
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage remote audiences.
\n
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and feedback to refine training strategies and content.
\n
• Experience working in a remote environment, with strong time management and self-directed work habits.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
\n
• Prior leadership experience in sales training, sales enablement, or sales management is highly beneficial.
