Position Summary Senior Community Association Manager overseeing a portfolio of communities, coordinating special projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing budgets, and maintaining client satisfaction and account retention. Key Responsibilities Meet with associations 1-2 times per week onsite. Manage and assist in special projects. Oversee all operations for a portfolio of community associations. Drive consistency across all operations. Provide leadership and consulting on best practices with clients. Execute monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual board meetings. Collaborate extensively with Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners. Update association communications on bulletin boards and websites. Prepare association newsletters and other communications as required. Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends. Create budgets and manage financials. Comply with company policies and procedures. Focus on client satisfaction and account retention. Partner with Board of Directors and internal departments to introduce new programs and initiatives. Participate in management training. Provide exceptional support to meet high-volume, high-demand tailored services for clients with complex operations. Maintain knowledge of industry trends. Participate in emergency phone and in-house coverage schedule. Follow Human Resources policies and attend mandatory trainings. Practice Keystone’s core values, mission, and vision. Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record. Reliable transportation to drive to communities. Strong knowledge of the HOA industry. Passing score on Keystone Senior CAM test. 4+ years of excellent client service orientation. Proficiency in MS Office, TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HOA software. Effective oral and written communication and listening skills. Professionalism and calm demeanor. Problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship building skills. Ability to attend night meetings. Verifiable references. Pass a background check. Education & Experience 2 to 4 years in Community Association Management role. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. CMCA designation required. CAI or CACM designation a plus.
