We want to help you achieve growth by giving you access to a network of smart and supportive people, willing to listen to your ideas. **Job Responsibilities*** Preparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations* Familiarity with Subchapter K rules* Ability to identify and research common tax issues that arise in client engagements* Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals* Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements* Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets* Build on strong coaching skills to mentor key talent**Requirements*** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline* Minimum of 2 years of US tax consulting/compliance experience within public accounting* Experience with a wide variety of entity types* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills**Preferred Qualifications*** Master's Degree in Taxation* CPA or equivalent credential*"Armanino" is the brand name under which Armanino LLP and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards. The compensation range for this position: $80,800 - $121,500. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
