Supply Chain Manager

Key qualifications include:

• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field
• Over 5 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing setting
• Expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, and inventory control
• Strong familiarity with ERP and MRP platforms
• Skilled negotiator with excellent supplier relationship management
• Demonstrated leadership in team development and cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of safety standards and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• APICS or related certifications are a plus

Main responsibilities encompass:

• Translating customer delivery needs into effective material and production strategies to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality
• Overseeing procurement activities, contract negotiations, and supplier performance evaluations
• Managing inventory levels via advanced ERP/MRP systems, including safety stock and order quantities
• Leading purchasing, logistics, shipping, and receiving teams while setting clear department objectives
• Building a safety-focused and engaged workplace culture through coaching and communication
• Monitoring KPIs related to delivery performance, cost savings, and inventory health
• Implementing process enhancements in sourcing, logistics, and materials management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines and quality standards
• Upholding workplace safety protocols and reporting incidents promptly
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to drive supply chain efficiencies
