We offer complete lines of both frozen, unbaked and pre-baked, thaw and sell pies in sizes ranging from 6” to 12” that offer convenience to your in-store bakery. Job Summary As the first point of contact for our organization, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive impression for clients, visitors, and employees. Essential Job Functions Welcome on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel. Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department in a professional and friendly manner. Ensure that visitors entering the plant sign in and complete the confidentiality agreement. Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries Ensure that all incoming and outgoing packages are logged and distributed to the appropriate departments Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary Maintain kitchen organized and stocked Keep track of all Amazon orders Assist the HR Assistant with the office signing sheets. Maintain and update office directory as needed Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying Streamline administrative production support by monitoring WIP queries daily, resolving missing documentation issues, and maintaining accurate downtime records in the Access database. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Food Safety Responsibilities All employees are required to immediately report and assist in the elimination or control of any food safety issues they observe to their supervisor Monitors and enforces cGMPs Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Pre-requisite programs Required Qualifications High diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service role preferred Bilingual: English/Spanish Physical Requirements Frequently required to sit for up to an entire 8-hour shift Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs.
