Truss Construction Laborer | Hurricane, UT

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood roof trusses and structural components according to specifications.
• Read blueprints, engineered drawings, and measurements.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
• Measure, position, and secure lumber components accurately.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process.
• Assist with order preparation, staging, and material handling.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Complete required production and inventory documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work and remain active throughout the shift
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Desire to learn new skills and grow within the company
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to producing high-quality work and attention to detail
• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, roofing, framing, landscaping, or warehouse work is a plus

Work Environment

• Fast-paced production setting
• Heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
• May involve loud equipment and changing temperatures depending on season
• PPE provided (gloves, safety glasses, etc.)

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
