Thai Bilingual Language Evaluator for AI Training

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems through Thai-language audio evaluation. You will apply your native-level Thai expertise to assess how naturally and fluently speakers or model outputs communicate, providing high-quality feedback that supports language understanding and generation. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio clips and evaluate speaker or model-output nativeness and fluency.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Write clear, concise assessment feedback in English, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justification for each evaluation to support consistent, understandable results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
• Share insights that help improve AI performance in Thai-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio-review work accurately, on time, and to a high quality standard.

Qualifications

• Native-level Thai proficiency, including strong spoken and written skills.
• At least B2-level English proficiency, particularly for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced language differences clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
• Experience in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
