Thai-English Language Evaluator for AI Training

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your native Thai language expertise to evaluate Thai audio content. This remote contract role focuses on providing high-quality linguistic feedback that supports stronger AI understanding and generation. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio clips and assess speaker or model-output nativeness and fluency.
• Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Write clear, concise feedback in English, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed rationale for each assessment to support consistent results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve language-content ambiguities.
• Share insights that help improve AI performance in Thai language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio-review tasks accurately, on time, and to a high quality standard.

Qualifications

• Native-level Thai proficiency, including strong spoken and written skills.
• At least B2-level English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced language differences clearly.
• Experience in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
