Service Advisor - Leith GMC

Holman is a family‑owned, global automotive services organization that values integrity and excellent customer relationships. What will you do? The Service Advisor will serve as a liaison between the service department technicians and the parts department, maintaining customer satisfaction and executing the following responsibilities: Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency. Determine course of action and obtain customer authorization. Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for dollar amount and completion time. Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and necessary sales. Show knowledge of warranties and service/insurance policies. Keep customers informed and advise on vehicle prognosis. Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones promptly. Attend required training and department meetings. What are we looking for? High school diploma and at least one year of related sales experience or training or equivalent combination. Current valid driver’s license. Good reading, writing, and math skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service. Ability to work retail hours. Computer proficiency. Compensation & Benefits The role is commission eligible with an average monthly pay of $3,000–$10,000, depending on performance. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
