Service Advisor - Leith Ford

Responsibilities Meeting & greeting customers with courtesy and efficiency. Proving an outstanding guest experience. Determining the course of action and obtaining customer authorization. Writing up service needs and giving customers accurate estimates of dollar amount and completion time. Communicating effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sales of necessary repair or maintenance to vehicles. Knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies. Keeping customers informed and advising them of the prognosis of their vehicle. Calling customers to set appointments and answering telephones promptly. Attending and completing required training and department meetings. Qualifications High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Current valid driver’s license. Good reading, writing and math skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service. Ability to work retail hours. Computer proficient. Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, with an average monthly earnings range of $3,000–$10,000 and potential for higher earnings based on performance.
