Manufacturing ManagerThe Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing department, ensuring that operations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role demands a proactive leader who exemplifies our core values, demonstrates strong emotional regulation, and effectively manages cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious production goals.Duties and Responsibilities:Operational Excellence: Ensure all manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, retain and develop a diverse team by fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.Performance Management: Monitor and review performance metrics regularly, holding the team accountable for meeting targets.Strategic Operations: Work closely with the General Manager and other senior leaders to align manufacturing strategies with the company's overall objectives.Qualifications:High school degree or GED3-5 years of industry experience in a manufacturing environmentCompetencies:LeadershipPerformance ManagementProblem Solving/AnalysisContinuous Improvement mindsetResults DrivenCommunication ProficiencyTime ManagementTechnical CapacityLearning OrientationSupervisory ResponsibilityPhysical Demands:The team member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.The team member is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time salary exempt position, and hours will vary depending on workloads. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel: Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day.Preferred Education and Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a production environment Associates degree preferred at minimum Management/Leadership experience.
