Recruiting Operations Manager

Recruiting Operations | Driver Acquisition | Performance Marketing | Team Leadership We're partnering with a growing transportation and logistics organization to identify a Recruiting Operations Manager who will lead the company's nationwide driver recruitment operation. This is not your typical Recruiting Manager role. You won't spend your day sourcing candidates or filling requisitions. Instead, you'll lead a team of recruiters while improving the entire driver acquisition process, from digital recruiting campaigns and lead generation through contractor onboarding. If you're energized by leading people, improving processes, using data to drive better business outcomes, and partnering with marketing to optimize recruiting performance, this is an outstanding opportunity. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of high-performing driver recruiters. Create accountability through coaching, KPIs, scorecards, and performance management. Improve recruiting operations, systems, workflows, and overall recruiting efficiency. Partner with Marketing to optimize driver acquisition campaigns across Indeed, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital recruiting platforms. Analyze recruiting performance metrics including: Cost Per Click (CPC) Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, recruiting effectiveness, and overall funnel performance. Leverage ATS platforms, automation, AI tools, dashboards, and recruiting technology to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to support continued business growth. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a builder . Strong candidates may come from: Recruiting Operations Transportation & Logistics Customer Acquisition Call Center Operations Business Operations Preferred Qualifications Experience leading recruiting or operational teams High-volume recruiting or staffing experience Transportation or logistics experience preferred Experience utilizing ATS, CRM, AI, or automation tools Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics and dashboards Experience partnering with marketing to improve recruiting performance Understanding of paid recruiting advertising and digital lead generation is highly desirable Why Join?
