Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities Human Resource Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives Partner with leadership to support organizational growth, staffing plans, and employee development Manage employee relations, performance management, corrective actions, and workplace investigations Administer compensation programs, benefits, 401(k), leaves of absence, and workers' compensation processes Maintain HRIS records, reporting, and data integrity Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee communications Safety & Compliance Lead workplace safety initiatives and OSHA compliance program Develop and maintain safety policies, training programs, and documentation Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective action Manage OSHA recordkeeping and support regulatory inspection Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement and training Track and report HR and safety metrics, including turnover, hiring activity, training completion, attendance, and safety performance Identify opportunities to improve processes, employee engagement, retention, and workplace safe Support training, recognition, and employee development initiatives across the organization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Safety Management, or a related field 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leave administration, and HR best practices Experience administering OSHA programs and workplace safety initiatives Proficiency with HRIS systems; experience with Paylocity is a plus Experience supporting workers' compensation, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work programs Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred Preferred Background Experience supporting manufacturing, packaging, consumer products, food & beverage, industrial, or other production-based environments What We're Looking For Leadership and employee relations skills Ability to balance people-focused decision-making with business objectives Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving ability A proactive mindset focused on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement Comfortable working onsite and partnering closely with production and leadership teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
