Maintain a proactive operational excellence mindset to efficiently manage operational expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys, and continuously strive to exceed company metrics. Support rollouts of company initiatives and help the store achieve store‑level and district goals. Demonstrate best‑in‑class customer service when assisting customers.
