This role ensures the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results through careful specimen processing, quality control, and adherence to regulatory standards, contributing to patient safety and quality care. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field from an accredited institution None required.
