This role involves performing initial assessments of borrowers, verifying documentation accuracy, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in processing conventional, VA, and FHA loans. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
