This role works with the distributor partners and internal teams to maintain service standards and support operational performance.* Support Distributor service operations and assist with resolving service-related inquiries and operational issues.* Monitor distributor service performance metrics and assist in preparing reports to support performance reviews and operational improvements.* Coordinate and support service meetings, training activities, and regional service events with distributor partners.* Assist distributors in implementing service programs, safety campaigns, and operational initiatives in alignment with company standards.* Collaborate with internal teams and distributor partners to support service operations and promote customer satisfaction.**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**Bachelor’s degree preferred within an Engineering field or business-related field.Plus 3–6 years of experience within an automotive industry.**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.**SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Licenses, certifications, etc.)*** Experience supporting automotive service operations or distributor networks* Working knowledge of service reporting systems and operational metrics* Ability to analyze service data and prepare operational reports* Experience supporting technical training, meetings, or service initiatives* Ability to travel up to 50% within the Caribbean and Latin America as required* Preferred Spanish and/or French speaking* **Automotive Service experience (preferred). Distributor support experience.****COMPUTER SKILLS**Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet search engines.**LANGUAGE SKILLS**Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English and Spanish.
