Energy Services Project Manager

Energy Services Project Manager Location: Trane, Tampa, FL. Responsibilities Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing communication plans with stakeholders. Lead all aspects of project administration, including adherence to contract penalty clauses, liquidated damages, compliance, and safety guidelines. Analyze reporting to identify project deficiencies and guide corrective actions. Manage financial aspects of projects: cash flow, monthly forecasted cost/revenue, cost at completion, expense monitoring, collections support, and monthly backlog reviews with leadership. Validate project scope, cost, and schedule; hold internal meetings and establish customer expectations. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Utilize qualified subcontractors, oversee the RFQ process, award subcontracts, and manage execution. Collaborate with subcontractors to establish communication guidelines for progress, meetings, billing, and safety. Create and maintain project schedules using tasks, dependencies, and milestones. Qualifications Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management degree preferred. 3‑5 years of experience with project scheduling and PM construction software. Extensive financial analysis experience, including cost segregation, margin analysis, and earned value management (EVM) or similar methodologies. Strong financial project management ability with sufficient technical or construction knowledge to manage scope, schedule, and risk. Prior experience resolving collections and customer financial issues during project execution. Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations. Benefits & Compensation Annual base salary range: $84,740.00 – $118,860.00. Salary and incentive eligible.
