Senior Estimator

Responsibilities Prepare detailed conceptual, schematic, design development, and hard-bid estimates. Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost projections. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing. Lead bid reviews and participate in project handover meetings. Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Collaborate closely with project management and preconstruction teams. Monitor market conditions, labor trends, and material pricing. Requirements Minimum 5 years of estimating experience with a Commercial General Contractor. Proven experience estimating healthcare construction projects, including ground-up and/or renovation work. Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project delivery processes. Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Stable work history with strong tenures at previous employers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience on healthcare projects ranging from $5M to $50M+. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
