About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Business Operations and Transformation to take on a pivotal role as the senior operational leader. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving organizational effectiveness, process excellence, technology enablement, AI adoption, and business transformation initiatives. This includes partnering with executive leadership to optimize operations, enhance scalability, and improve overall performance. The role is highly strategic, with a focus on shaping the firm's operating model and supporting future growth. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include leading enterprise-wide operational initiatives, establishing operational metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They will also be responsible for identifying and leading business transformation programs, as well as developing and implementing strategies for AI adoption and business process automation. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' experience in senior operational roles, preferably within professional services, consulting, marketing, or related environments. They should have a proven track record in leading operational improvement and transformation, as well as experience in implementing technology solutions and process optimization programs. Strong project management, change management, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are essential. The role offers the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing operations function, and the candidate will be expected to lead and mentor operational staff, assess organizational capabilities, and ensure the team is equipped to meet the company's evolving needs.
