Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll provide timely support to customers through email, phone, and live chat. You'll assist guests with reservations, online orders, catering inquiries, gift cards, loyalty program questions, and general information about Parish Cafe.

What You'll Do

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

• Provide accurate information regarding menu offerings, operating hours, locations, and services.

• Assist guests with reservation questions and booking requests.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and empatically.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.

• Follow up with guests to ensure concerns have been fully resolved.

Order & Guest Assistance

• Support guests with online ordering inquiries.
• Assist customers experiencing delivery or pickup issues.
• Coordinate with restaurant management regarding order concerns.
• Process refunds or adjustments when authorized.
• Help customers with gift card purchases and redemption.

Customer Experience

• Build positive relationships with guests through professional communication.
• Deliver personalized service that reflects Parish Cafe's hospitality standards.
• Maintain detailed customer interaction records.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share recommendations for service improvements.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate documentation within the customer support platform.
• Update customer records and account information.
• Assist with preparing customer service reports.
• Monitor shared support inboxes and ensure timely responses.
• Support marketing initiatives by sharing customer feedback trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
