Client Reporting Analyst - III

Support enterprise reporting and analytics strategies across lines of business Deliver scalable reporting solutions, actionable business insights, and performance measurement capabilities Support delivery and maintenance of automated business intelligence solutions Contribute to complex technical projects and drive outcomes within initiative components Design, develop, and maintain automated Extract, Transform, and Load processes from various database platforms Store data in “Fit for Use” relational tables Provide technical solutions and learn new technology to fulfill project needs Contribute to integration and adoption of business intelligence solutions Support data quality, reporting standardization, reporting governance, and best practices Identify process and operational improvement opportunities Coordinate projects, communicate with executives, perform ad hoc analysis, and support enterprise-wide initiatives Requirements Experience developing reports, dashboards, and scorecards using MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms Strong SQL skills Experience extracting, transforming, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable business insights Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience presenting findings and recommendations to business partners and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of relational database structures, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and maintaining automated reporting solutions, utilizing tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Power BI.
