Cash is disappearing from hotels, but the people who make a guest's stay memorable (housekeepers, bell staff, valets, servers) still depend on tips. TIPMO, built by GratifID, is an NFC-powered cashless tipping and workforce intelligence platform. Guests tap their phone and tip in seconds, staff get paid faster, and hotel operators get real insight into service and team performance.

TIPMO is already live with hospitality customers. Now we're hiring our first dedicated Sales Manager for the hospitality vertical. This isn't a seat on a large sales floor. You'll build the playbook, open the doors, and shape how a category-defining product goes to market.

What you'll do

• Own the full sales cycle with hotel management companies and multi-property ownership groups, from first conversation to signed portfolio deal
• Map and navigate the complex web of decision makers: VPs of Operations, Regional and Area GMs, Directors of Finance, HR leaders, and property GMs
• Turn single-property wins into portfolio-wide rollouts
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline, forecast accurately, and keep our CRM honest
• Represent TIPMO at industry events, conferences, and owner/operator meetings
• Feed market insight directly to the founders and product team, because what you hear in the field will shape what we build
• Help define the sales process, messaging, and pricing motions that future hires will run with

What you bring

• A proven track record selling technology or services into the hotel market, specifically to hotel management firms
• Deep understanding of hospitality sales cycles: budgeting seasons, brand standards, owner approvals, and the difference between property-level and corporate-level decisions
• An existing network among hotel management companies and operators is a strong plus
• Comfort selling a new, innovative solution that requires educating the market, not just taking orders
• A self-starter mindset. You're energized by building from zero and comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage company
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, from the front desk to the C-suite
• Experience with fintech, payments, or workforce/HR tech is a bonus
