Our client, an established technology solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive regional revenue growth and market expansion.

Major Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets across multiple industry verticals
• Build, manage, and close a qualified pipeline with disciplined forecasting and reporting
• Grow the partner channel and strengthen relationships with resellers and distributors
• Lead executive-level customer and partner meetings and strategic account reviews
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance
• Mentor peers and partners
• Lead and drive sales team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• Several years of progressive sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Hunter mentality
• Strong channel/partner experience and executive presence
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50%
• Deep AV experience, track record of providing ProAV solutions to large complex organizations
