Marketing Project Manager

Focused on delivering impactful marketing campaigns, the remote Marketing Project Manager will manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinate creative production timelines, and ensure alignment across multiple teams while leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Oversee campaign delivery from brief to launch and post-mortem analysis Manage creative production timelines for digital ads, emails, landing pages, and user-generated content Coordinate go-to-market strategies for launches, seasonal pushes, and new channel rollouts Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign management within DTC, SaaS, or health brands Demonstrated ability to run parallel campaigns across paid, organic, email, and CRM channels Experience with AI tooling for automating processes such as brief templates or status reports Strong written English communication skills for asynchronous coordination Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Notion, or Monday.com
